For Israeli tech founders building in the US
Your Person on the Ground in America.
I work with Israeli tech founders setting up, operating, and scaling in the US — from company structure, banking, tax and compliance to fundraising, relocation, payroll, and the people you need along the way.
Based in Austin. Israeli by background. 15 years working with founders.
raised by clients from leading VC funds and angel investors

Trusted by Israeli tech companies from Seed to Series C

In funding rounds closed by Israeli founders I've worked with, from first pitch to signed term sheet.
Since 2012 — before most Israeli founders knew they needed a US financial partner.
Across every stage — from first US entity to post-Series B operations. Some are still with us. All of them got it done right.
Operating across Israel and the US — bridging both ecosystems with local expertise on the ground in each.
Your US Operation
Setting Up the US Entity Is Only the Beginning.
Opening a Delaware company, bank account, or payroll system is the easy part. Once the US operation is live, someone still needs to make sure everything works.
That is where I stay involved.
I work with Israeli companies on an ongoing monthly basis as their US operating and finance partner. I help manage the US entity, coordinate the right specialists, keep the operating infrastructure moving, and give the founders one person in America who owns the process.
You run the company.
I help run the US side.
Why Founders Call Me
America Is Easier When You Have Someone Here.
Building a company in the US means making decisions in a system you did not grow up in.
You can Google every answer. Or you can call someone who has already dealt with it.
"I want Israeli founders to feel like they have someone in America they can call before making an expensive decision."
- Which entity should you open?
- Which bank should you use?
- Who handles payroll?
- What filings are required?
- How do you relocate?
- Which lawyer should you trust?
- What will a US investor expect?
- What happens when a customer asks for something you have never seen before?
What I Do
One Person. The US Side Covered.
Some issues I handle directly. Others I coordinate with the right specialist. Either way, you are not left managing the process alone.
US Entity Operations
Ongoing management of the US company, including administration, vendors, finance coordination, compliance calendar, banking, payroll, and operating infrastructure.
Company Setup & Structure
Entity setup, EIN, banking, operating setup, and coordination with legal and tax professionals.
Banking, Payroll & Payments
Selecting and managing the systems needed to run the US operation without overbuilding the stack.
Finance & Reporting
US finance operations, cash management, reporting, budgets, runway, investor materials, and coordination with the Israeli finance team.
Fundraising & US Growth
Preparing for US investors, diligence, enterprise customers, and the expectations that come with operating here.
Trusted US Specialists
Lawyers, immigration attorneys, recruiters, tax professionals, bankers, insurance providers, and other professionals I personally trust.
Legal and immigration advice is always provided by the licensed specialists I bring in. I own the relationship and the coordination.
Ongoing Support
Not Another Consultant You Call Once.
The most useful role I play is usually not a one-time project. It is being there month after month as the company grows in the US.
That means knowing the entity, the founders, the vendors, the people, the filings, the cash flow, and what is coming next. Instead of starting from zero every time a US issue comes up, you already have someone here who knows the business.
Manage
Keep the US entity, vendors, banking, payroll, finance, and operating processes moving.
Coordinate
Work with lawyers, tax professionals, immigration attorneys, recruiters, banks, and other specialists.
Advise
Help founders make better decisions about fundraising, hiring, cash, expansion, and US operations.
Think of it as having an experienced US operator in your corner without building a full US back office too early.
Boots on the Ground
Israeli Mindset. American Reality.
I built Alon Capital in Israel and later moved to Austin because my clients were building their companies here. That matters.
I understand the speed, directness, and improvisation Israeli founders are used to. I also understand what US banks, investors, employees, customers, regulators, and service providers expect.
A lot gets lost between those two worlds. My job is often to translate one into the other — and then make sure the US side actually gets done.
You should not need three phone calls to Israel to figure out what is happening in America.

Meet Oran
Someone You Can Trust Here.
I'm Oran Yehiel. For 15 years, I've worked alongside Israeli tech founders as they built companies, raised capital, entered the US, hired teams, opened entities, dealt with banks, investors, taxes, and all the unexpected problems that come with operating in another country.
I built Alon Capital in Israel in 2012 and moved to Austin to be closer to the market my clients were trying to win.
Today, founders call me for questions that often go well beyond a traditional CFO role. Sometimes the answer is financial. Sometimes it is operational. Sometimes it is knowing the right person to call.
And often, the real value is staying involved and making sure the US side keeps moving after the initial decision is made.
That is the role I want to play.
My Network
The People I Trust With My Clients.
You will eventually need a lawyer, immigration attorney, banker, recruiter, tax specialist, insurance broker, or another US expert. I would rather introduce you to someone I trust than send you to Google.
My US Tech Stack
The Tools I Actually Recommend.
Banking, payroll, accounting, tax, and operating tools I use myself or recommend to startup clients. No paid rankings. No generic comparison lists. Just what I would tell a founder if they asked me what to use.
