3. How we share information
We may share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers we depend on. We use trusted vendors to operate our practice (for example, email hosting, scheduling, analytics, accounting software, document signing). These vendors only access information as needed to provide their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

- With your direction. If you ask us to share information with a specific third party (for example, your bank, your attorney, your investor), we will do so.
4. Client confidentiality
If you become a client, the information you share with us in the course of our engagement is treated as confidential and is protected by the professional obligations applicable to certified public accountants and enrolled agents, in addition to this Privacy Policy. 5. How we protect information
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. These include encrypted email, password-protected systems, access controls, and secure cloud storage providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat our clients' financial and business information with the same standard of care we would expect from any senior advisor.
6. How long we keep information
We keep client and engagement records for as long as required by professional, tax, and legal obligations. For most engagements, this is at least seven years from the end of the engagement. After that period, records are securely deleted unless we are legally required to retain them longer.
